If you have a group of 10 or more you might use butchers paper and felt pens or textas and encourage small group brainstorms. Ideally, there should be no more than 5 people in each small group.
Depending on the time frame of the session and size of the groups each part of the process could take around 5-10 minutes
Step 1: Give each group one of the topics and ask them to brainstorm, recording their ideas on paper
Step 2: When they have run out of ideas move the butcher’s paper from one group to the next. Ask the new group to read the new topic and ideas that the previous group recorded, tick any they agree with and add anything new that comes to mind in response to that question
Step 3: When the groups have had sufficient time for this move the pages on again and repeat the process. This continues until each group finally receives its original page back. They can then review all the ticks and ideas that have been added.
This is a very effective way to share different perspectives on Respect.
